Q: How much does your average shoot cost?
A: Sadly, that really is like the old question of how long is a
piece of string… There are dozens of factors to consider, however I will
always give you the fairest quote I can. Please

Q: Where would a shoot take place?
A: It varies from shoot to shoot. I'm happy to work in your own
home, a dedicated studio, outdoors or other location. As always I am very
flexible and can advise on a location that would give the best results.

Q: What type of camera do you
use?
A: I mostly now use a very high quality digital camera (11+
million-pixels) but I can shoot film or slide on request, or if I feel the
situation would benefit from its use.

Q:
What style of photography do you feel you excel at best?
A: I'm generally involved in either portraiture of some kind, from
family sittings, weddings or professional models through to action shots.
I personally favour a slightly informal style, mixed with very traditional
straight poses. Capturing as much of a persons personality as I can.

Q: I much prefer Black & White. Is that a
service you offer?
A: Yes, of course. I offer two services.
1] To shoot in colour in digital, and then
convert to Black and White. This does of course give you a choice.
Sometimes Black and White may not come out quite like you expected it to.
2] To shoot using genuine Black & White film. This has a bit of an
advantage over digital in that in some situations B&W film can appear
‘more moody’ I can advise you on which method of photography will produce
the best results for a given situation and I can always photograph using
both methods!

Q: Do you
offer more specialist kinds of printing?
A: Yes, I offer a wide range of services including printing
on such diverse materials as silk cloth and artists canvas, as well as
