Handmade Albums - Cover Examples

Probably the most popular photo chosen by couples is the formal shot of the rings, and this pair of newlyweds also choose a formal line up of the immediate family for the rear cover.

Personalising the cover, their names are tinted with the colour sampled from the bridesmaids dresses, whilst the date is overlayed with the family tartan.

wedding covers

Possibly the second most chosen cover is a photo of the bride and groom, and in this example the couple chose a very similar shot to be used on the rear. The fonts are again themed with the colour sampled this time from the grooms tie.

This book was supplied with a canvas cover.

bound wedding albums

Another very popular theme is the front / back, and in this instance the bride chose the front and back of the wedding dress for the covers. Another common theme is the front / back of the wedding car. As can be seen, a photo of the brides shoes were faded into the front corner.

This particular cover was printed on traditional photographic paper and laminated.

special wedding albums

This example to the left, uses a cut out window with a card inserted behind, in this case a thank you card, which displayed the couples names. This cover was an unusual combination of a cut out window in a printed canvas cover, but worked very nicely.

As stated previously these truly are custom handmade albums that you can have your way!

unique photography albums

This example was also shown on the previous page, and has an acrylic front cover that is then 3/4s bound in cloth. A very classy combination.

This couple also chose not to have any text on the front, instead opting for a title page inside the book, detailing their names, date and marriage location.

photographic albums
This album cover was largely created following some precise instructions from the groom, and has turned out very nicely. A monochrome cover of the rings and bouquet and some small subtle text.

Further text can be found on the rear along with an illustration drawn and supplied by the groom himself.
